I always start my morning with…
A tall glass of lemon water and PG Tips Black Tea with raw, organic milk.
I never leave home without…
Dry Shampoo- Fekkai Blowout Hair Refresher, it smells so good- and a snack. My snack is usually either raw almonds, cashews and raisins, an apple, or some cut up carrots. I am very against baby carrots, though. They waste half the carrot to make them, and I think they taste terrible. Try getting fresh carrots with stems at the farmers market or organic section at whole foods. Carrots taste delicious when they are in their most natural form!

Pilates, hiking, yoga, and the rebounder- exercising on a trampoline.
Favorite Stress Reliever
A yummy bath with salts, candles, and a good magazine.
“Put down what you are holding to get what you really want.” My Feng Shui guy said that to me and it changed my life. Now I repeat it all the time.
Turning off my cell phone … oh, and bagels. My favorite bagels are from Bagel Broker in Hollywood and Western Bagel in Studio City.
Hydrate! To keep myself interested in water throughout the day, I like to ‘dress it up,’ meaning add lemon, cucumber, ice and a straw. It tastes like you are at a spa. If you’re someone who is always on the go, set a goal of how many times you want to refill your water bottle, or how many bottles you want to go through, by noon, then another from noon till dinner, and then after dinner. If I break it up like that, sometimes I make it through eight glasses by 4 p.m., and then any additional evening waters are a bonus!
