An easy, breathable daytime makeup look featuring just the essentials that will leave you looking like your glowiest self, created by makeup artist Crystal Liz as modeled by Jordan Rebello. A look from our Creature of Comfort Persona.

MUSE

Alicia Keys at the 2016 NBC Universal Upfronts.

WHERE TO WEAR

Blue Bottle Coffee run in DTLA.

WHAT TO WEAR

A forest green Champion sweatshirt with cozy Shadow Hill sweats and Gucci fur loafers.

LIPS

A lip mask, like the cute pink one from KNC you’ve probably seen on all your favorite celebrities, plumps and hydrates your lips like a primer for skin. Leave on for 15-20 minutes, then top off with Lanolips Hydrating Balm.

FACE

This look is all about the skin, so start with your favorite moisturizer (Liz used Glossier’s Priming Moisturizer here), giving the skin a good massage to get the blood flowing and create a natural glow. One of the biggest ‘no makeup’ misconceptions is not using foundation- you can use it, just be thoughtful about placement. Apply Hourglass No. 28 Primer Serum, a hydrating oil that creates a radiant base, under the eyes and on cheekbones before sparingly applying Giorgio Armani‘s Maestro Fusion Makeup only where needed using a damp BeautyBlender. It blends out flawlessly, so you can still see skin through, but any redness or imperfections are toned down. If you want to add a little more life to your skin, apply some Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector to the cheekbones. It gives you a glow, but in a very natural (a.k.a non-shimmery) way.

EYES

The eyes are dealers choice. Mascara, brows- whatever you feel like adding is just a bonus, not a necessity.
