WHAT TO WEAR
The best bronze looks are also equal parts glowy, so Melissa prepped Conner’s skin with Dior Glow Maximizer Primer before applying Fiona Stiles Luminous Finish Foundation Concentrate. It’s buildable to full coverage, but the high pigment really delivers; you only have to use a small amount for a flawless finish. The cheeks are toned down version of the forthcoming lip color via Moonshot Cream Paint in Peach Scone blended out for a sheer finish.
When playing with a strong eye color, effective brightening is important, so begin with a few clicks of Chantecaille Camouflage Stylo Concealer on the under eyes. Apply Fiona Stiles Radiant Aqua Eye Veil in Hyperion, a beige-y pink, all over the lid, then blend with Anastasia Beverly Hills Eye Shadow in RTW in the creases, and finish by rimming the upper and lower lash line with Chanel Le Crayon Kohl Eyeliner in Amber. The combination is a melted wash of bronze that looks best when topped with a healthy amount of mascara, in this case, Dior’s Diorshow.
Lips tie this whole look together. Sticking with the peach tones, Melissa patted on layers of Chanel Lipstick in La Ravissante, a luminous-matte shade (think a combination of matte and satin) dotted with super fine gold shimmers. There are still a few tubes of these floating around at Chanel counters, but if you’re having a hard time locating it, Chanel Rouge Coco in Téhéran is a nearly imperceptible dupe.
